Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Sintikakis Producing ("we", "us") collects through this website and through our private studio tool, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- Visitors to this website aren't tracked. Public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Our studio tool only connects to YouTube and TikTok accounts that we own. It doesn't collect data about other people's accounts.
- We don't sell or rent information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Visitors to this website
Our public pages, including the link page at /bio, set no cookies and load no third-party scripts. When you follow one of our short links (addresses starting with /go/), we record that a click happened: the time, which link was used and which page or video it came from. We don't store your IP address, and we use these records only as counts to see which links are useful and to spot broken ones.
If you follow a link to another site, including an affiliate link to a store, that site's own privacy policy applies, and it may set its own cookies.
Our studio tool
We run a private web app to make and publish our videos. Only members of our team can sign in. It connects through official APIs to our own YouTube channel and TikTok account, and to nobody else's.
Information from TikTok
When we connect our own TikTok account, the tool receives and stores:
- basic account information: the account's ID, display name and profile picture;
- information about videos on our account: titles, links, publish times and view, like, comment and share counts;
- access tokens that let the tool act for our account.
We use this to send our finished videos to our TikTok inbox as drafts, which we then review and publish by hand in the TikTok app, and to track how our own videos perform. The tool does not publish directly, read messages, or access other users' information.
Information from YouTube
Our tool uses YouTube API Services. When we connect our own channel, it receives and stores the channel's ID and name, information about our uploaded videos, our channel's analytics (such as views and watch time) and access tokens. We use these to upload approved videos to our channel and to track how they perform. YouTube's use of information is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings.
How we protect it
Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored (AES-256-GCM), and the encryption key is kept separately from the database. The tool requires a team sign-in, its traffic is encrypted in transit, and its logs never contain tokens or other secrets. Information is used only inside our tool and is never shared with or sold to anyone.
Services we use to make videos
We use AI and media providers to write scripts, generate voiceovers and create visuals, and cloud storage to hold finished files. We send them our own scripts and prompts. We don't send them any information we receive from TikTok or YouTube.
How long we keep it
- Access tokens are kept while an account is connected and deleted when we disconnect it.
- Video and performance information for our own accounts is kept while the account is connected, and deleted within 30 days after we disconnect it.
- Link click records are kept for up to 24 months.
Your choices
Because we don't collect personal information from visitors, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you think we hold information about you and want it removed, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website and our videos aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted on our homepage.
